Turning a Video Edit Into Qualified Leads

Client: Nirmandhara (Interior Design & Construction)

Service Provided: Video Content Strategy & Editing

The Challenge

Nirmandhara needed to reach budget-conscious homeowners and convince them that quality interior design was within their reach not just a luxury service. Like most of their posts, previous content was seeing modest reach (in the range of 10–400 views per post), with little direct engagement from potential clients.

The Approach

MH1 Organization took on the video editing for a new promotional reel built around a simple, relatable message: "Low budget? No problem modern, stylish interior design that fits your budget." The edit was designed to hook viewers early, keep pacing tight, and clearly showcase Nirmandhara's real project work (kitchen, dining, and living space transformations) to build immediate visual trust.

The Results

The edited video significantly outperformed the client's typical content:

Video Views 35,000+ (vs. an average of 200–400 on prior posts)

More importantly, the reach translated into direct, qualified leads in the comments homeowners asking specific questions about scope and budget for their own renovation projects, for example:

One prospect asked about a full 4 bedroom, kitchen, dining, and hall interior package within a 7-8 lakh taka budget.

Another asked specifically about bedroom cabinets, a TV cabinet, and kitchen work, requesting a budget estimate.

These weren't passive views they were bottom of funnel questions from people actively ready to discuss a project.

Key Takeaway

A well edited, message driven video didn't just increase visibility it moved the right people to raise their hand and start a sales conversation, at nearly 100x the engagement of the client's typical content.
